Training
Gravity Consulting Engineers recognises the importance of investing in people. Our in house training comes in two forms: training seminars in which the company directors and senior staff convey their knowledge and experience to the team in order to avoid lessons being learnt the hard way, and question and answers sessions where staff present design problems they are having or simply questions about how to go about their designs for all to discuss. We also have external presentations by manufacturers so we can ensure that our staff are familiar with specialists products that we use in our designs. This training environment helps our people to become more confident in what they do, enhances the atmosphere in the office and promotes the production of high quality deliverables.
Undergraduate placements and Graduate opportunities
We take time to invest in the engineers of the future by offering paid internships for undergraduates and excellent career opportunities for graduates. Undergraduates are invited to spend a year in our head office to gain a practical insight into the varied world of engineering. Their exposure to our diverse projects ensures they return to University with invaluable experience.
