We have carried out a significant number of building inspections that include opening up works done by our engineers or, where opening up works in concrete or masonry elements are concerned, by trusted suppliers under our supervision. The surveys are followed up by detailed condition survey reports that include condition schedules with a simple summary of any recorded defects or weaknesses along with proposed remedial measures.
