The appraisals usually take between 1 and 5 days to complete, depending on complexity, and therefore the cost associated with the appraisals is relatively low.
We are also pleased to review schemes that are already designed by others with a view to identifying potential cost savings by design, or just to provide our clients with some reassurance that their engineers are progressing with suitable schemes for their sites. In the past we have saved significant costs on foundation designs through value engineering on our own schemes for example by designing two or more separate foundation schemes and we have saved considerable costs associated with reinforcement quantities on schemes designed by others.
