We are qualified to act on our client’s behalf as Contractor’s Engineering Managers (CEMs) and Contractor’s Responsible Engineers (CREs), coordinating and submitting designs directly to Network Rail under Basic Asset Protection Agreements (BAPAs) between our clients and Network Rail. These applications are time-consuming and can have a significant impact on the programme. Our experience helps us to keep the timelines for Network Rail approvals to a minimum.
