We are a Structural Engineering consultancy with 50 technical staff. We do acknowledge our clients’ preference to have one contract for both Structural and Civil Engineering disciplines on our projects.
For this reason we partner with two Civil Engineering consultancies to provide both disciplines for our clients, all managed by us under our own PI insurance. Our relationships with our two Civil Engineering consultancies work well because we all rely on each other for business and we all perform well to see that our business relationships are maintained. In our view this arrangement works better than one stop shops, where one discipline often lets the other down. We often receive compliments from our clients for our performance and also for the performance of our civil engineering partners.
