Becky has been part of Gravity since its inauguration in 2009, supporting the setup of the company and its day-to-day operations. Her role has evolved over the years, and she now looks after financial planning, analysis, and management of the company. Her expertise cover budgeting, forecasting, risk management, financial reporting, and strategic financial decision-making. She has successfully guided Gravity through periods of growth, cost reduction initiatives, and complex financial challenges that face the structural engineering industry.
